Recyclable and reusable perfume bottles and boxes, as well as refillable designs, greatly reduce packaging pollution.

Abely's Sustainable Development Practices
Raw Material Selection
Abely’s fragrance packaging prioritizes recyclability when selecting raw materials, such as using recycled glass made from natural sand, soda ash, and limestone. In addition, we work with responsible suppliers to ensure that raw materials are sourced reliably, are traceable, and meet sustainability standards.
Production Process
Abely’s production process adopts efficient and energy-saving equipment to rationalize energy use and reduce consumption. We also strictly control pollutant emissions and treat wastewater to meet standards. Furthermore, we continuously innovate to enhance efficiency and quality while reducing environmental impact.
Minimalist Packaging
Over-packaging is the source of resource waste. Abely promotes the minimalist perfume packaging philosophy. Adopting a simple fragrance packaging structure can not only meet the protection and decoration needs of the product but also reduce the generation of waste.
Recycling
Abely’s perfume packaging is designed to be recyclable. For example, the perfume bottle, cap, and sprayer can be recycled separately. The boxes can also be reused. In addition, we encourage brands and consumers to refill the bottles. This reduces bottle disposal and extends the lifespan of the product.
Perfume Bottle Recycling System
First, perfume bottle manufacturers will uniformly process the glass perfume bottles that are collected by recycling centers. They are typically collected through online and community recycling activities.
The collected waste perfume bottles will be classified according to material and color. For recyclable materials such as glass, aluminum, alloys, etc., they will be sent to the corresponding recycling department for processing and separated into reusable raw materials.
Recycled glass will be melted to make new environmentally friendly perfume bottles. Aluminum, alloys, and other materials are reprocessed to make new bottle caps and sprayers to achieve recycling of resources.
Strict quality control will be carried out during the remanufacturing process. For example, the remanufactured perfume bottles will be inspected for appearance and tested for sealing to ensure that they can meet high standards.
After quality inspection, these sustainable perfume bottles will be thoroughly sterilized to make them comply with the relevant hygiene standards. They are then packaged using recyclable and biodegradable materials.
